A home that, from the very first moment, feels right.

A home you can feel

In the Scandinavian way of living, the home has always been the centre of life.

A place for calm, warmth, family and time together.

This very feeling is built into every Pølarnest.

Natural wood, warm materials, plenty of light and clear spatial design create an atmosphere that feels modern, cosy and refined all at once.

No compromise. Better living.

PØLARNEST combines thoughtful architecture with modern living comfort.

Rooms are open in design, functionally organised and geared towards a comfortable sense of home.

Warm and sheltered in winter.

Bright, calm and open to nature in summer.

Live freely. Stay flexible.

Today, many people want a home that is high-quality and built to last – without feeling tied to one single place forever.

That’s what PØLARNEST was made for.

Whether on your own land, on a site used only for a while or as a retreat in nature:

PØLARNEST combines the shelter and security of a real house with the freedom to stay flexible in life.

Thanks to its modular construction, your home can also grow with your needs and be extended flexibly.

Quality you can see and feel

Inside, slow-grown, untreated Nordic pine and spruce form the natural basis for a high-quality interior finish.

Outside, expertly treated, split Nordic pine and spruce protect the house for the long term.

Precise workmanship and genuine handcraft show in every corner.

Nothing is left to chance.

A Pølarnest is built so that safety, calm and permanence can be felt at every moment.

Simply arrive

A Pølarnest comes fully equipped and is designed to be lived in straight away.

Modern technology, high-quality fittings and energy-efficient construction keep living simple, comfortable and pleasant.

More than just a house

A Pølarnest is a conscious choice for more calm, more quality and a home that feels good every single day.

And that is exactly why people choose PØLARNEST.
