Development and manufacturing take place in our own production facilities in Northern Europe. As a result, planning, manufacturing, delivery and installation mesh seamlessly – with no unnecessary hand-offs or unclear processes. Materials with provenance and character

Inside, we use slow-grown, untreated Nordic pine and spruce. They form the high-quality foundation of the interior finish and stand for natural stability, quality and genuine Scandinavian craftsmanship.

Outside, we use slow-grown, split Nordic pine and spruce. Expert treatment and structural timber protection keep them resilient, dimensionally stable and durable – naturally water-repellent and made for many years in real-world conditions.

Technology that supports – never dominates

The houses are built above the German GEG energy standard and designed for energy efficiency.

These include:

What you should know.

Is my Pølarnest covered by a warranty?

Yes. Because every Pølarnest is built in our own production halls and we oversee the entire manufacturing process ourselves, right through to handing over the keys, a manufacturer’s warranty of up to 10 years is included.

How many square metres are possible?

Every Pølarnest starts at around 25 m² and can be scaled up modularly – combined into complexes, resorts or larger living spaces, with no upper limit.

Can I live in my Pølarnest all year round?

Yes. Built above the German GEG standard, with triple-glazed windows, a highly insulated envelope and a heat pump for a stable indoor climate all year round.

Can I live off-grid?

Yes. Solar PV is fully prepared, and the water and wastewater systems are designed for both a conventional mains connection and off-grid operation – with no structural changes needed.

What’s included in the delivery?

A fully equipped kitchen, an integrated washing-machine solution and fully prepared plumbing. Complete furnishing on request. “Plug & Stay” — ready to live in straight away.

Who takes care of the permits?

We guide you through all the necessary paperwork and permits. Personally, transparently, from start to finish.

How soon can I move in?

Talk to us about your ideal timeline. As we build in our own manufactory, reliable planning is possible from the very start.

Can several houses be combined?

Yes. Every Pølarnest follows the same system logic – individual units can be combined into larger complexes, resorts and multi-generational living concepts.
